Pros and cons of Thrillist for iPhone app for iPhone and iPad
Thrillist for iPhone app good for
Maps could use some work, maybe being able to scroll through names and locations.
Great for when I travel. I dont live in an international city, but when I visit one I know where to go. Its never let me down.
This app is so cool, it has shown me that homicide to my city! I moved here three years ago but its like Im discovering it all over again! It has so many fun categories packed with all the hotspots in food alcohol and entertained
I was skeptical about this app when I heard the description. Assuming it was another tell all app about every place on the planet filled with hundreds of adds. I was very pleased to find that it is well organized and tells you only what you need to know with out making it difficult to understand or find what youre looking for. Obviously they need to add more cities but its understandable with the infancy of the app. Great app altogether.
Ive been using this app to find awesome new date spots with the wife, and she doesnt even know.
Thanks, Thrillist, for making me look like a hero!
Ive used this app while going on many business trips and vacations. Its been helpful to find great local restaurants and bars. The only thing I wish it had was more of the stories thrillist carries on its main site.
Some bad moments
Unless you live in a giant popular city this app is not for you
I have had to delete and reinstall this app multiple times, as it doesnt load when I open it. Its great when it actually works
Where is the non city specific site similar to their website?
I will be brief. I downloaded the app (over a year ago) in anticipation of using the highly acclaimed services it is touted to offer. Imagine my intense disappointment to find it (still!) does NOT service the (5th?) largest city in the United States: Phoenix. Yet, other MUCH smaller municipalities are supported. In my opinion, that leaves the value of this app at a zero, I gave it two stars because of its potential.
Im just extremely disappointed that they didnt have all the major cities listed!!!! The closest city to me is 2 1/2 hrs away.
Need the ability to bookmark threads and businesses for easy access. Few bugs regarding location and facebook that needs to be attended to.
